11th International Conference & Festival on Visual Communication, Graphic Stories

Graphic Stories 2025 | Pafos, 18-20 July

Pafos will host this year’s 11th edition of Graphic Stories, a three-day celebration of creativity, innovation, and cultural outreach, from 18 to 20 July 2025. The international institution, which for 11 years has been highlighting visual communication, social design, and creative thinking, returns with an enriched program of lectures, workshops, and exhibitions.

Official Opening with the Support of Cyprus Computer Society

The official opening will take place on Friday, 18 July, at Attikon in Pafos, with a welcome address by Ms. Christina Papamiltiaou on behalf of the Cyprus Computer Society, a long-standing supporter of the institution.

International Speakers & Inspiring Lectures

Attendees will have the opportunity to follow nine inspiring lectures by distinguished professionals and academics:
Dr. Savvas Chatzichristofis, Dr. Mike Hajimichael, Charis Tsevis, Onur Yazicigil, Babis Schoinas, Constantinos Pissourios, Adam Reeves, and Irene Gonou.

Following the lectures, the documentary “Graphic Stories: Destination” will be screened, offering a visual journey through the history and philosophy of the institution. All lectures and the documentary screening will also be available online via live streaming.

International Poster Exhibition “TREE & ME” | Graphic Stories 2025 x Calanca Biennale

At the heart of this year’s festival lies the international poster and interactive installation exhibition TREE & ME, the result of a collaboration between Graphic Stories and Calanca Biennale (Switzerland). The exhibition explores the timeless relationship between humans and trees as symbols of life, resilience, and collective memory, featuring works by 60 creators from 26 countries.

Exhibition Opening:
Saturday, 19 July 2025, at 19:00, at En Plo Gallery, Pafos.
The opening ceremony will be officiated by the Honorable Mayor of Pafos, Mr. Phedon Phedonos.
Exhibition Duration: 19 July – 4 August 2025 | Free Entrance

On Saturday evening, an artistic party will follow, featuring reggae selections by Haji Mike, blending music, poetry, and visual art.

Specialized Workshops: Education & Inspiration for Creative Professionals

During the two days (19-20 July), a series of hands-on workshops will cover various aspects of design, technology, and personal development:
