Acknowledged by Apple as a pioneer, Carson received the AIGA Gold Medal in 2014, graphic design’s highest honor. Praised as “the art director of the era” by Creative Review, he currently operates from Amsterdam and has delivered TED talks.

Carson’s influence extends through worldwide branding campaigns for Microsoft and Armani. He directed designs for events like the Quicksilver Pro in NYC and France. Recognized by Newsweek and Smithsonian Institute, Carson’s impact resonates globally, evident in his recognition as “the most googled graphic designer in history” by Eye magazine. Shangning Wang

Shangning Wang is an award-winning designer and visual artist based in New York. Shangning and Jiayan He were the first Chinese designers to be featured on the Adobe InDesign splash screen, marking a milestone in contemporary Chinese design. Shangning’s work has won numerous international awards and has been published in leading design books and magazines worldwide.

He has also served as a jury member for more than ten international design competitions, including the MUSE Design Awards, C2A Creative Communication Awards, and Adobe Government Creativity Awards, among others.

Jiayan He

Jiayan He is a designer and visual storyteller based in New York. She currently works at the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), focusing on creative communications and social impact design.

As the co-founder of Poster For__., a global non-profit poster design initiative, Jiayan has helped build an international platform connecting designers worldwide through visual communication and social awareness. Her works have been recognized in global exhibitions and design publications, and she has also served as a jury member for several international design competitions, contributing her expertise to promote creativity and positive change in the design community.

José Luis Hernández Díaz “Chepe”

Graphic designer with a specialization in audiovisual communication, a master’s degree in Political Communication, and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management. José Luis Hernández Díaz “Chepe” is a creator by vocation. Throughout his professional career, he has developed brand designs and advertising, social, cultural, and political campaigns. His poster design work has earned him national and international recognition and has been selected for Biennials in various countries. He received the International a! Diseño Award and won first place in the international competition “International Year of Volunteers,” organized by the United Nations and Trama Visual.

His work has traveled, been exhibited, and published in countries such as Argentina, France, Spain, Bulgaria, South Korea, Japan, Bolivia, Poland, Iran, Slovenia, Russia, China, South Africa, Mexico, Finland, and Cyprus, among others. His series Love and Respect for Animal Life is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Advertising in Paris, France.

A distinguished student of René Azcuy and Antonio Pérez Ñiko, their influence is evident in his conceptual work. He has explored new visual fields as a producer and filmmaker, and has published books and articles on creativity and design. He is the founder of the Red Internacional de Creadores Visuales A.C. and serves as a professor and researcher at the Faculty of Visual and Audiovisual Arts of BUAP.

Behnam Raeesian

Behnam Raeesian is a visual artist, poster designer, curator, and educator with nearly two decades of international experience. He has served as a jury member in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, participated in and curated over 200 exhibitions worldwide, and led workshops and lectures in graphic design and visual communication. His work bridges design, culture, and communication, highlighting the power of visual language to connect diverse perspectives and foster cultural dialogue.

Aristarchos Papadaniel

Aristarchos Papadaniel is the author of the book “Greek Political Cartoon: The Serious Side of a Funny Art”. Co-creator, with the author-educational technologist Sofia Mandouvalou, of the first Greek educational animated series “A Letter, a Story” (production: Educational Radio and Television, Ministry of Education), where the Greek alphabet and language are taught through animation and poetry. Lyricist of the songs “With the Curve of the Line and the Edge of Speech” and “I Put Color in a Marker”, set to music by composer Dimitris Maramis.

Aristarchos set to music and performed poetry by C. P. Cavafy in the audiovisual epigram “The City (Wherever My Eye Turns)” (2019). In 2021, accompanied by cellist Aris Zervas, he performed the songs of the “Mauthausen Cantata” to poetry by Iakovos Kambanellis, and was to be the last performer of a work released with the permission of our leading composer Mikis Theodorakis, just one month before his death. The feature film “MAUTHAUSEN” (91’, 2023), which he co-directed with filmmaker Panagiotis Kountouras and produced by Syllipsis, was presented, among others, at the Academy of Athens and the Delphi Economic Forum.

With his poems “Oh, let’s run” and “Exaggeration”, which he recited at the Villa of Angelos Sikelianos and Eva Palmer-Sikelianos, he participated in the 2nd International Meeting of Poets of the Municipality of Sikyonia. His poem “Psychotransmitter-transmitter” was selected (Honorary Distinction) at the 39th Panhellenic Poetry Competition of Delphi of the Panhellenic Union of Writers and he recited it at the European Cultural Center of Delphi.
