Stella Palougou is a graduate of the Department of Fine and Applied Arts of Frederick University, where she studied Graphic Arts and Advertising Design, and completed her postgraduate studies in Interdisciplinary Design at the same university. She has gained extensive experience in the field, working in design agencies, printing houses, as well as advertising agencies, and has been a trainer in programs for youth and children for years. Today, she maintains her own business in the catering industry, where she incorporates design into all its aspects, designing and offering for sale products with her own artistic identity. At the same time, she has created an online store through which she promotes products that she designs and produces herself. Her works have been presented in group exhibitions of Art, Graphic Design and Photography, and she has been distinguished in competitions both in Cyprus and abroad.

Η Στέλλα Παλούγκου είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Καλών και Εφαρμοσμένων Τεχνών του Πανεπιστημίου Frederick, όπου σπούδασε Γραφικές Τέχνες και Διαφημιστικό Σχέδιο, ενώ ολοκλήρωσε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στον Διεπιστημονικό Σχεδιασμό στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο. Έχει αποκτήσει εκτενή εμπειρία στον τομέα, δουλεύοντας σε σχεδιαστικά γραφεία, τυπογραφεία, καθώς και σε διαφημιστικές εταιρείες, ενώ υπήρξε για χρόνια εκπαιδεύτρια σε προγράμματα για νέους και παιδιά. Σήμερα διατηρεί τη δική της επιχείρηση στον χώρο της εστίασης, όπου ενσωματώνει το design σε όλες τις πτυχές της, σχεδιάζοντας και διαθέτοντας προς πώληση προϊόντα με τη δική της καλλιτεχνική ταυτότητα. Παράλληλα, έχει δημιουργήσει ένα διαδικτυακό κατάστημα μέσω του οποίου προωθεί προϊόντα που σχεδιάζει και παράγει η ίδια. Έργα της έχουν παρουσιαστεί σε ομαδικές εκθέσεις Τέχνης, Γραφιστικής και Φωτογραφίας, ενώ έχει διακριθεί σε διαγωνισμούς τόσο στην Κύπρο όσο και στο εξωτερικό.
